Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and returns on products purchased online can only be made online and not in a physical store. Read more.

Optomarket.gr offers a full return exclusively for the product (s) that were sent incorrectly or defective. Product changes can be accepted within 10 days from the day of receipt of your order.
Please note that the following rules must apply to the product (s) you wish to return:
- Contact customer service to list the reasons for your return request. We will provide you with the necessary information for the return.
- Please note that the condition of the products is thoroughly checked before shipment and then placed in a hardcover package, specially made for sending glasses, for extra protection and to avoid damage during transport. All products that are declared incorrectly or defective are checked upon receipt by us, and the return request is approved or rejected accordingly.
- The product must be returned unused with the original packaging, with the labels, authenticity documents attached by the manufacturer, as well as the legal proof of payment (no photocopy).
- For your own protection, please return the product through the courier company that was delivered to you and keep the shipping receipt. The return costs with a courier company of your choice, are borne exclusively by you. We do not accept responsibility for product (s) that have been damaged during transport. Please ensure the best packaging.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to give you the right to exchange the product within 7 working days starting from the day you receive your order.
At Optomarket.gr we exchange all the products, provided they are in unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by the labels, documents of authenticity and the legal proof of payment (no photocopy).
Please note that the following rules must apply to the product (s) you would like to exchange:
- Do not return your product without first contacting customer service. We will provide you with the necessary information for the exchange.
- The product should be returned unused with all original packaging even with all authenticity labels and seals attached by the manufacturer.
- All products are checked in great detail upon arrival and no exchange will be approved if the product (s) is not in its original condition as we sent it to you.
- For your own protection, please return the product through the courier company that was delivered to you and keep the shipping receipt. We do not accept responsibility for product (s) that have been damaged during transport by the courier company. Please ensure the best packaging and safest shipping method.
- You will not be charged for the exchange of the product (s) if you use the courier company that we will indicate to you.
- Please note that for reasons of avoidance of abuse but also to facilitate the procedures you can not exchange product for the second time for the same order.
